The Process
Before you start filling out the form below, I want to ensure you understand my process.
For my holiday letter writing services, I charge an upfront, non-refundable fee of $97 (USD) for a letter with up to 400 words (about one page). The fee includes one l revision if it’s needed. For letters that are more than 400 words, I charge $15 for every additional 100 words. (Note: I always ask permission before going over 400 words.) If you expect a letter to have more than 400 words, I charge the anticipated fee and bill the remaining balance upon completion.
I only accept payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment. For your convenience, I will gladly send you a PayPal invoice, which will provide you with a secure link to enter your payment information.
I submit completed work as a Word document in an email attachment. My typical turnaround time for a letter, after receiving a payment and the information I need, is five business days or less. For my express services, which have a 48-hour turnaround, I charge an extra $35.
After I receive this form, I will get in touch with you within one business day via email to confirm your interest and provide you with questions. Your answers will help me craft a great letter.

I do not share the letters I write to protect my clients’ privacy. This is one of the reasons so many come to me for my letter writing services and become repeat customers. I’m here to write a great letter, not judge. Because confidentiality is a promise I make to all my clients, I do not have sample letters to share.
